Devraj Banerjee has been an integral part of ERSTE LESUNG in Berlin since September 2022, initially as a Project Manager and now as Director of Corporate Development and Innovation. In his current role, Devraj is responsible for the strategic execution across various business functions, with a particular focus on corporate growth, innovation, and process optimization.
Before joining ERSTE LESUNG, Devraj worked with one of the Big 4 and other Indian and multinational companies, gaining valuable corporate experience. He then worked at the AHK Indien head office, where he supported German companies with market entry strategies and organized cultural exchange events, further building a strong foundation in international business. He also served as the India representative for a German university, focusing on expanding opportunities in the distance learning sector. Additionally, Devraj co-founded a startup and collaborated with various Indian companies, gaining experience in product and business development. He also worked with small and medium-sized German enterprises, helping them explore new business opportunities in India and navigate the complexities of Indo-German cross-cultural operations.
Devraj holds a degree in Business Management with a specialization in International Business.
