Since August 2024, Carla Sophie Hüttenrauch has been part of First Reading, where she supports the management of administration with a particular focus on business and HR processes. Previously, she gained experience in the political field by working for two members of the NRW state parliament until July 2024. In this role, she handled various tasks as an administrative assistant and conducted research. Her academic journey began with training as an early childhood educator, during which she also worked in that role. She then expanded her knowledge by earning a degree in social work/education. Alongside her work at Erste Reading, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in social management.
