Carla Sophie Hüttenrauch joined the Erste Lesung team in August 2024. As an authorized signatory specializing in operations and people, she supports management in all matters relating to business and human resources processes.
Previously, she worked in the political arena and, until July 2024, worked for two members of the North Rhine-Westphalia state parliament, where she was responsible for organizational and content-related tasks.
Her professional career began with training as a teacher, followed by studies in social work/education. She is currently completing a master’s degree in social management while working full-time.
