You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent), 4-5 years of professional experience in consulting, a political institution or an organization in the political environment and are looking for a new challenge? Are you fluent in German and English? You work reliably, have the desire and ability to proactively accompany work processes from start to finish and have a strong flair for analyzing political processes?

Depending on the function, the tasks include, among others:
- Observation and analysis of legislative processes at European and national level
- Advising and strategically positioning national and international clients from a wide range of subject areas
- Leading client teams and coordinating work among colleagues
- Organization and content preparation as well as implementation and monitoring of client meetings
- Coordination of major events
- Supporting business development
- Coordinating and creating communication products
- Developing client communication strategies
- Establishing and maintaining stakeholder networks
- Administrative tasks for day-to-day office management
Your profile:
- Very good knowledge of legislative processes (DE and EU) as well as the relevant political actors.
- Experience in the areas of European or national digital and/or energy policy (an advantage).
- A resilient network among stakeholders in Brussels/Berlin.
- experience in organizing large events
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English, French language skills an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- A high degree of flexibility to assist outside the usual scope of work
- Very good knowledge of common office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Very good knowledge of the political system of the European Union and the political system of the Federal Republic of Germany (knowledge of other EU member states is an advantage)
- Excellent comprehension skills and a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative (experience in social commitment is an advantage)
